How to Pay for Your Order

All card payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and we never store your full card number on our systems. Our website is secured by Cloudflare and uses HTTPS encryption on every page.

Phone Orders

If you would prefer to order by phone, call us on 01455 274748 (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, Sun 10am-4pm). Although we can't take payment details over the phone, we can walk you through how to pay on the website if you're unsure.

What Our Prices Include

Every price on our website includes delivery to your door. When we say Delivery Included, we mean it: the price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. No hidden charges, no delivery surcharge added at the end (with the very rare exclusions of hard-to-reach areas like the Scottish Highlands).

All our rattan garden furniture sets come with cushions included as standard.

Your Consumer Rights

When you pay by credit card for an order over 100 pounds, you are automatically covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. This means your card provider shares responsibility with us for the quality of your purchase. This is a legal protection, not something we offer as a bonus, but it is worth knowing about.
