Delivery Information

Our home delivery service is via a courier that delivers the product directly to your door. Some larger sets are delivered on a wooden pallet for convenience.

Home delivery is available to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish postcodes, see below). Please note that we can no longer ship items to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

Some prices include delivery to the UK mainland (excluding some Scottish post codes), but please check the individual product for more information.

We are based in Leicestershire (just off the M69), so if you live locally why not visit our garden centre where you can try out all the furniture you can see here.  We often have ex-display deals in store that are not available online. In-store prices may differ and do not include delivery.


If you have a preferred delivery date in mind please let us know by using the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise your item(s) will be delivered within 14 days of your order being placed.


You will receive an email from the courier on the day of your expected delivery to give you a timeslot for that day. This means you do not have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery to arrive.


In the event that you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card at your address to arrange another suitable date for delivery. When placing your order please use the comments box to let us know where the courier can leave your item(s) safely in case you are not in.

When will my product be delivered?

Can you give me an exact time of delivery?


Our courier company delivers between 9am and 6pm but unfortunately we cannot give an exact time. However, there is no need to stay in all day waiting for a delivery. You will receive an email from the courier company on the day of delivery with a timeslot.


Can my product be left safe if I am not at home?


This can be arranged with the courier company. Please use the comments box when placing your order to let us know where your item(s) can be left safe if you will not be home.


What if my item is delivered damaged?


We advise customers to thoroughly check their item(s) before signing for them on receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event that your item(s) is damaged, we advise customers to sign for the item(s) as damaged and contact us immediately so that we can get the necessary replacements sent out to you as soon as possible.
