Our aluminium-framed range is what you buy when you're tired of replacing garden furniture every two or three winters. We built it to break the cycle of leaky-shed cushion storage and torn covers ripped through by March.

Garden Centre Shopping Aluminium Furniture is built around one decision: we use aluminium frames that cannot rust, even after a decade of UK rain. We've watched it happen year after year with customers' old steel sets, corroding through at the joints and staining the patio slabs beneath. Our aluminium is what stops that happening here. And we apply a 0.2mm powder coating, two and a half to three times thicker than the 0.06 to 0.08mm coating most aluminium frames get, so the metal stays sealed through repeated frost cycles.

• Strong Aluminium Frame That Cannot Rust: Every frame in this range uses aluminium, because steel rusts. We've watched customers' steel-framed sets corrode from the inside out, through joints, bolt holes, anywhere the powder coating can't fully seal. Our frames have a 0.2mm coating, two and a half to three times thicker than the 0.06 to 0.08mm coating most aluminium frames get, so the metal stays sealed through repeated frost cycles. • Hand-Woven HDPE Rattan, Not PVC: Our rattan is hand-woven HDPE, never PVC. We won't put PVC weave on a frame we sell, because it turns chalky and starts cracking at the weave joints by the second summer of UK use. Ours stays UV-stabilised through full UK sun. Won't fade, won't rot, won't crack.
• Leave It Outside All Year, No Cover Required: Our aluminium frames cannot rust, and our HDPE rattan can't go brittle in cold. We built this range to stay outside all year, no cover required. You've probably seen the cover cycle yourself: two or three winters before the seams split and the wind takes them down the road. No cover, no garage trip, no wrestling a tarpaulin in November.
• Thick Cushions With Washable Covers: Each cushion in this range is 10cm thick, compared to the 6-8cm cushions you'll find on cheaper sets that compress to nothing after about half an hour of sitting. We designed ours for comfort, not to live outside permanently (we hate waterproof cushions!). Our cushions don't have a waterproof coating, because waterproof coatings trap heat and crack after two summers in UV. All you need to do is store ours in a deck box or bring them indoors when you're not using them.
• 3-Year Rust-Free Structural Guarantee: Every set in the range carries a 3-Year Rust-Free Structural Guarantee. We back it because aluminium can't rust where steel corrodes through joints and bolt holes. We treat the 3 years as the floor, not the ceiling. We put it in writing because we know what aluminium does.

Sapcote Garden Furniture is our manufacturer brand, with sub-ranges named after the Leicestershire villages around our showroom. We've sized this range for the patio types we see most often. We make our 6-seater dining tables for spaces where you can still walk plates through with the chairs pulled out. Our corner sofas work best against two walls or with a clear back. Our bistro recliners suit a small square patio without taking it over. We have all three sizes across the range, plus a few in between.

The Sapcote Reclining Set arrives ready-assembled with no tools needed: two recliner chairs, matching footstools, and a small side table for a drink. The chairs recline back far enough to read or doze, and the footstools take the legs.
• Sapcote Mini Modular Corner Set in Brown Rattan - If your patio is on the tighter side, this is the one we'd recommend. The Mini Modular Corner Set is sized to fit where a full-size 8-seater would take over the whole area, with sections that come apart so you can rearrange left or right depending on which way your back door opens. The coffee table uses 5mm tempered safety glass on top, which handles a sudden cold night without cracking.

We chose a sintered stone table top for this set because it handles heat, scratches, and impact better than glass or wood. The surface stays intact through dropped knives, hot serving dishes, and grit on the underside of a flowerpot. The four reclining chairs around it let you sit back and finish your wine after the plates are cleared.
