What Does The Guarantee Cover?
The guarantee covers the structure of the furniture: the powder-coated aluminium frame and the hand-woven HDPE rattan-effect weave. The frame cannot rust, because aluminium does not rust the way steel does, and the weave is UV-stabilised so it will not crack or fade in normal British weather. Those are the two parts of a garden set that decide how long it lasts, so they are the two parts we stand behind for 3 years.
Cushions are not a structural part, so they sit outside the structural guarantee. They are washable, and the honest advice we give every customer is the same: bring the cushions in over winter and they will keep pace with the furniture.
